Nike今天(7月3日)宣布將舉辦2009年NBA總冠軍，以及決賽MVP Kobe Bryant的2009亞洲巡
迴之旅，籃球超級巨星Kobe將利用此機會，傳授亞洲青少年籃球技巧。總共6站的Kobe
Bryant亞洲巡迴之旅，將在今年夏季，在馬尼拉、新加坡、台北、香港、上海及成都巡迴
舉辦。
從年輕時就開始打籃球的Kobe培養出傑出的技巧，使他成為全球最佳運動員之一。Kobe從
小就透過室內及戶外籃球賽訓練他的籃球技巧，現在則是遵守自己的核心價值，無論在練
球或上場比賽時，都必須展現出傲人的專注力與意志力。
Kobe以嚴苛的訓練，締造出許多輝煌戰果，包括：創下單場奪得81分的佳績、榮獲2008
NBA MVP獎、帶領美國國家籃球隊奪得2008奧運金牌等，最近，他又獲得了2009 NBA總冠
軍，以及決賽MVP的殊榮。
Kobe在過去的三個夏季中，曾與許多台灣球員及粉絲見面，包括Nike 2006和2007年亞洲
巡迴之旅，以及帶領美國國家籃球隊在北京奪得2008奧運金牌。Kobe在今年的夏季巡迴之
旅中，將與台灣新生代年輕球員見面，並傳授他們Kobe獨門的冠軍訓練秘技，他真心希望
能啟發當地的新一代年輕球員。Kobe表示：「我十分期待回到亞洲，特別是台灣，看看這
些年輕球員的訓練成果，這一次我將再次加強他們的訓練，以便他們更瞭解專注訓練的意
義，以及身為冠軍的必備條件。」
Nike已於7月1日，發表特地為亞洲的戶外籃球賽而開發的Nike Dream Season籃球鞋。
Dream Season的設計靈感即是源自於Kobe，因此這款球鞋也將成為Kobe的簽名系列球鞋，
並限定在亞洲販售，球員和粉絲們也可在這次的亞洲巡迴之旅中，與籃球巨星Kobe近距離
互動，以及觀察他如何利用Dream Season在球場上展現超人的技藝。

Artest says he's signing with Lakers

Shaq can have LeBron. Ron Artest says he'll take Kobe.
Artest, whose versatility and toughness have made him one of the most coveted
and combustible players in the NBA, told CBSSports.com Thursday that he's
signing with the Lakers.
"I'm definitely going to L.A. -- to sign, yeah," Artest said in a phone
interview. "Lakers, Lakers, Lakers. I'm in L.A. right now."
Artest said he met with Lakers owner Dr. Jerry Buss Thursday and previously
had spoken with Lakers coach Phil Jackson. He was en route to his financial
manager's office, where he planned to huddle on the phone with his agent,
David Bauman, to finalize details.
Artest's exuberance -- he spent the whole summer in L.A., including several
appearances at Lakers home games during the NBA Finals -- got ahead of the
process a bit. Other teams that made overtures for Artest -- including the
Cavaliers -- have not yet been notified that Artest is signing with the
Lakers. (Consider them notified.) Bauman has spoken with Lakers GM Mitch
Kupchak, but parameters have not yet been agreed to. Still, it's pretty clear
where Artest is going.
"I don't really care about the money," Artest said. "I'll play there for
nothing. ... L.A. was very interested in me, and they got me."

Artest And Ariza Swap Places
Other reports have indicated that Artest would receive a five-year deal from the Lakers worth $33 million.
Trevor Ariza agreed to a five-year deal with the Rockets for about $33 million, roughly the same that the Lakers had offered in their effort to retain him.
"I had to do what was best for me and family," Ariza said. "I am happy with my decision.
I'm glad this all worked out. The Rockets are going to give me a chance to improve my game and that's all you can ask for."
Ariza had a more lucrative offer from another team, according to his agent.
"I am very excited to finally be going to L.A.," Artest said in a statement.
"For years now, the Lakers have expressed interest in having me play for them, but we could never get the stars to align.
I'm finally a Laker and I can't wait to get on the court with Kobe, Pau [Gasol] and the rest of the team, and play for Phil [Jackson].
"The Lakers really made me feel wanted. . . .
I look forward to helping the Lakers defend their championship,
and it will be great to finally not get booed in the Staples Center.
"I had a great talk today with Phil. I'm a huge fan of his and I can't wait to show him what I can do.
I also spoke with Magic Johnson last night. In addition, my agent has been in constant contact with Mitch Kupchak.
I made my decision after I had lunch today with Dr. Buss and I realized what a great organization I'm joining."
